At I See Your Smirkle™, every item is made-to-order — created just for you the moment you hit “Buy.”
For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Only)

We only accept returns if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Or otherwise not what you ordered

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

To request a return or replacement:

📩 Email us at help@iseeyoursmirkle.com within 30 days of delivery
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product (we love evidence… and smirkles)

Once approved, we’ll replace the item fast and free, or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction

  • Buyer’s remorse

All sales are final unless your item arrives with an issue.
